LEGO® Star Wars™ Miniland Model Display, a New Indoor Attraction Set To Open at

LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort

 

Johor Bahru , 6 August 2014 – The Force will be coming to LEGOLANDÒ Malaysia Resort on 6 September as a brand new LEGO® Star Wars™ Miniland Model Display opens in conjunction with the Resort’s second anniversary. The fully air-conditioned indoor attraction will be the first standalone complex of its kind in Asia where 2,000 LEGO models based on the popular film series have been recreated on a scale of 1:20 using more than 1.5 million bricks.

 

The themed attraction is housed in a uniquely shaped standalone octagon building and recreates seven of the most famous scenes – six from the beloved Star Wars™ films and one from the smash hit animated series: Star Wars: The Clone Wars™.

 

Inside the model display, guests will be able to experience a specially designed pre-screening area for a LEGO Star Wars™ movie, followed by a chronological walk through the Star Wars timeline featuring the planets Christophsis, Endor, Geonosis, Hoth, Kashyyyk, Mustafar, Naboo, and Tatooine before having a unique photo opportunity at the Hall of Fame starring main characters Chewbacca, C-3PO, Darth Maul, Darth Vader, Princess Leia, R2-D2, Yoda and much more. The LEGO models are presented on raised platforms and stand 85cm high. There will also be life-sized LEGO models of C-3PO, Darth Vader and R2-D2 built with more than 80,000 LEGO bricks to greet visitors as they make their way into the model display.

 

Created by dozens of model designers and builders, animation technicians and specialist landscapers, the model display will also feature authentic Star Wars™ sounds, actions and lighting effects to create a realistic and enjoyable experience for the whole family. All the models for this project were built in various locations around the world including Malaysia, Germany and the Czech Republic.

 

In addition to the amazing displays, there is also a retail store within the complex for guests.

 

“We are thrilled to present our guests with something truly special for our second anniversary. This model display is one of a kind in Asia and we are confident that it will be an inspiring experience for both our guests and fans of the film,” said Mark Germyn, General Manager, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.

 

According to Germyn, the attraction cost more than RM6 million to build and is the biggest development at the Park this year. As a catalyst project in Iskandar, the Resort will continue to grow stronger tourism value and attract more international visits by adding a new element annually to ensure guests have exciting reasons to visit.

 

Throughout the month of September, various LEGO Star Wars™ activities have been lined up to commemorate the anniversary celebrations. Amongst this is free entry for children dressed up as their favourite Star Wars™ characters. The promotion will be from 6th – 30th Sept 2014. Additionally, Annual Pass holders will enjoy a special preview periods from 1-5 Sept before the attraction opens to the public. Beauty Review: Miss Hana Gel Eyeliner Galaxy Black And Golden Brown

Hi all~ 

I receive two shimmering colour of Taiwan Brand Miss Hana eyeliner for review purpose ~

The new packaging of Natta Cosme look so cool and mystery XD

1) First item that captivate my attention is  Miss Hana Eyeliner 02 -Galaxy Black 银河黑(银粉）

              It claim 24 hours water resistant , non smudge, easily to remove. 

                                Black colour as I expected 

I like the galaxy black , even I tested it by draw words on my hands, it appeared not very solid, not consider very shimmering.However, when I apply it to my eyes, omg , the effect is great. .

I found my eyes immediately 有神 and 水汪汪。Sorry , really cannot find perfect description other than  mandarin word XD And it's quite easily to draw. It will be a good tools for make up beginner too ~

2)   Miss Hana Eyeliner 04 - Golden Brown 星光棕 

                    Shelf life: 3 yrs from manufacturing date. Weight: 1.5 g

Ingredients: Cyclopentasiloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate,(+/-) Silica, titanium dioxide, tocopherol, polyethylene,Mica, Iron Oxides, Microcrystalline wax, methicone.

               It's a shimmering brown ,judge from the appearance :)

The colour turn out to be natural, in my eyes, it was a combination of black, shimmering brown 

     

                Golden Brown colour quite natural on me too, like it   金棕色也有神，也很自然

For both eyeliner pen, I concluded :

Advantage:

1) it's quite easily to draw. It will be a good tools for make up beginner  ~

2) Waterproof  not bad, have to rub heavily , then the eyeliner will fade. 

3) Easily remove  with eye make up remover .( I use bifesta brand remove it :p )

4) Affordable price 

Disadvantage: within three hours, I found  my left eyes eyeliner colour is fade, wondering is it because I rub it off.

4hours plus my right eyes also fade off .

Beauty Review: 3D Beauty Blending Sponge

Hi all ~

Today I would like to introduce an adorable make up tools to you ~ that is

3D Beauty Blending Sponge ~

  I receive tear drop shape one . To me it look like "ang goi neng 红鸡蛋 "(^○^)

Actually still got one more choice  : hour glass shape puff ( left side one :p ) , I Iove this shape too ~

                                          Can squeeze one :D

I just found I can't find any bb cream on my room after I start using IOPE air bb cushion o.o

, luckily kiss me bb cream sample satchet save me from this embrass situation XD

                  I put small amount of bb cream on top of 3D Beauty Blending Sponge

For my cheek: I use the 3D Beauty Blending Sponge(顺时针 clockwise, 划大圈) or apply it upward. And I found it really easily to spread it the bb cream evenly to my cheek. Even if  i am not a make up artist, with the helps of  3D Beauty Blending Sponge, I can done the job within 5min. Love it ~

Zalora X Rizalman Collection 2014

Hi all~ 

 Zalora- Asia 's leading online fashion destination -unveiled a limited collection of special ready -to -wear Hari Raya creations at its Pop -Up store in Johor Bahru CitySquare Mall last Sunday :)

And i was honour to get invited to this event ,can personally "see and touch " the collection  by award winning home -grown fashion designer , Rizalman Ibrahim . It consist of Baju kurung with modern and classic twists, using jersey, lace,crepe silk and georgette silk.

Zalora Malaysia Managing Director Giulio Xiloyannis given opening speech , he said that " the opening of this pop -up store is our way of showing our gratitude and appreciation to customers in the State of Johor for their strong support. "

Rizalman , who has previously worked with celebrities such as  Ziana Zain and Dato ' Siti Nurhaliza , is introducing this limited collection for the first time to his fans in the State of Johor.

In my eyes , Rizalman for Zalora Collection is so elegant and beautiful :)

The floral design is my favourite ~ cutting design is so nice ~!

                The lacy material is good. I love it.

Besides Zalora pop up store, there is a WOW photo booth for public take photo :)

I am glad I can attend this wonderful event, I have grow more knowledge about Malay fashion. :) And I seriously thinking to buy one Rizalman for zalora collection too. After comparison, I can see the difference between Normal Baju kurung vs Rizalman for Zalora collection ( no matter in fabric, cutting ,design) :p

Unboxing June Fashion Culture Box : Harajuku theme x OOTD

Hi all,

     This is my favourite item, the Hikaru ring  ( RPP: RM 30 ),  look so lovely and princessy isn't it .

                   

     Mad love this Kinchaku Bag ( RPP: RM25 ) ~ really surprise when I saw it. Never expected a tiny fashion box will include a bag o.o. According blogger jerine lay 's  review, it state Kinchaku bag draw -string bag that the Japanese use with their Kimono outfit. 

                    Bloop nail polish and kits for manicure , the colour quite vibrant o.o suitable for beach . 

(  bloop nail polish given is random , I saw some of my friend receive different  colour  vs mine :p ) 

                         I like those picture I taken at Hermes hotel,Johor Bahru. XD

Hi all, 

Any ideas  where to eat your Ramadan dinner ? Maybe the grand gem restaurant,  grand blue wave hotel Johor Bahru. Will be a good choice for you ~

Thanks to tony johor kaki extend the invitation, i got chance to taste the classic selected food of The grand gem restaurant ( which serve Indian cuisine) ~according to tony Johor kaki, this branch already start their business here over one year :)

           Just step in the restaurant,thinking which drink can ease my thirst.  Tony johor kaki, recommended  this drinks to me.  For sure, i would love to try it out XD

         You may curious how it taste isn't it? For your information, it  is a  Mango flavoured drink , abit thicky ,not too sweet,  and it successfully ease my thirst :)

Starter: 

1) Masala Pappad 

Topping is tomato , onion, chili powder, chili padi. Serve with mint sauce .Taste once, besides the crispy feel, it bringing a kinda salty and spicy at the same time!

  2)     Chicken vada (Recommended) 

I love this dishes , simply yummy,  it recall me the Indian snack of pasar malam I used to bought. Addictive ~ Y(^_^)Y 

Food ingredients : chicken marinated with herb and spicy,  union, chili . Once again, The sauce is mint ya~I guess Indian cuisine really love mint sauce .(*^_^*)

3) Onion Pakoda (Recommended)

Fried Onion ring, wonderful snack when I chit chat with my blogger friend ~(^○^)

4) Mix Grill Platter ( Recommended)

Look like Chinese wedding dinner dishes "冷盘" , it consist of 4 different taste of grilled chicken ya ~

I love the tandoori chicken and "mint chicken" most (*^^*)

5) Mutton Dalcha 

                   This "gua" is absolutely perfect if goes with roti canai. I like it ~

6) Bhuna Gosh ( mutton ) , Roti Naan

                               Freshly made variety roti naan, yum yum XD

7) Nasi Briyani

                                           Rice is soft and taste salty . 

8) Broccoli with Mushroom 

This is the lightest dishes of the night.Only got Broccoli , chew nut, mushroom, and some slices of cheese.

9) On the spot -Roti Romalli

The chef is busy prepare another dishes for us. The flying ROMALLI ROTI almost flap to my face. Shock me @.@, it taste abit thick :p

10) On the spot-  Burger 

                        Fresh "burger bakar" , I like the burger most, So tasty and soft ~

11) Gulab Jamun

Indian dessert , look like brown fishball in my eyes .Refer to tony Johor kaki, it is a deep fried milk ball,serve with rosé and cardamom scented syrup  .Taste quite sweet XD 

12) Kesari

                    i like this orangey colouring dessert , judge from its look, some blogger feel it look like 日本鱼卵, nevertheless it doesnt affect the nice taste. sweet and soft texture , liked :)
