Today , I would like to share with you, PULAI SPRINGS RESORT 'S RAMADAN BUFFET 2019:   BUFET ALA BAZAR 28 HARI  =D

Thanks for the  media  invitation from Pulai Spring Resort ~  this year, Pulai Springs Resort is delighted to host a feast of local and international cuisine for " BUFET ALA BAZAR 28 HARI " buffet promotion from 7 May to 3 June 2019.^^

The Ramadan Buffet 2019 is hosted at  Gleneagles Terrace Restaurant of Pulai Spring Resort.

Reaching the Gleneagles Terrace Restaurant about 7pm :) its a bit late since raining and traffic jam .XD

The talented chef team leading by Junior Sous Chef Tom has prepared a spectacular array of over 150 mouth-watering buka puasa dishes ~~
It included local salads, pickles , seafood,meat,BBQ and carving station, Middle Eastern , Western and Chinese food corners and main courses , soups , an assortments of desserts and hot and spicy dishes is available too~~ 

free flow of selected drinks to quench your thirst and local popular desserts in 6 rotational menus.

Asam Pedas Johor and Masak Lemak Cili API  is one of my favourite , i like the soup and the fresh fish (ikan pari )! 

Main highlight for Ramadan Buffet 2019 included:  Gulai Kari Kambing 28 HARI which is served with rice, raita, papadom, vegetable dhall and mint sauce , Ayam Masak Merah Orang Kahwin, Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api, Steamed Fish Nyonya Style, Black Pepper mussels , chili prawn , lemak nangka daun selasih , sambal ikan bilis terung pipit and traditional Sup Tulang Merah  or Sup Gear Box served with French loaf and sambal kicap.

Assorted of traditional malay kuih muih , ice kacang, cendol  , dodol and my top favourite is COCONUT SHAKE~! very refreshing and tasty  =D 

A selection of special desserts such as Serawa durian, it is  a must -try dessert too, i still remember how delicious it was ~! 

Outdoor stalls servings BBQ item such as marinated roasted whole lamb, tandoori chicken ,teriyaki sausage and beef slices with various type of sauces =D

Today , I would like to share with you,  Pulai Spring's Ramadan Buffet Review 2018 -

Thanks for the Ramadan Buffet media preview invitation from Pulai Spring Resort ~    therefore I can come along with JDT blogger Friends and enjoy the food tasting session together =D

The Ramadan Buffet is hosted at  Gleneagles Terrace Restaurant of Pulai Spring Resort.

When I first walk in,   Gleneagles Terrace Restaurant's   cozy environment and nice ambience just capture my heart !  it is such an ideal place for family /fren gathering and chitchat  !  =D 

This year,  Pulai Spring  represented -- Bufet Citra ala Bazar ( 19/05 /18 to 13/06/18 ) Feast of local and international cuisine ,over 15 food stalls,  and both indoor and outdoor buffet displays to select and savour their favourite Ramadan delights. 

More than 100 dishes  must- have buka puasa dishes prepared by the Senior Sous Chef Rusle Ahmad and skilled chefs. From starters to desserts,seafood,meat,middle eastern, Chinese,  western food, soups,  salads,  pickles,  BBQ, hot and spicy dishes prepared on the spot with 6 rotational menus Everyday  !  

Main highlight dishes : including authentic Kelantanese dishes, 

Kambing Kuzi , Adam Pedas Johor,  Sup Power,  Laksa Johor,   Pizza,  Kacang Pool,  Sup tulang merah,  Durian Goreng,  Coconut Shake (popular dessert in Melaka)  and more ~~

Among of the variety food ,   my top favourite is  murtabak ! (I still can RMB how tasty it was and it's savoury sauce!  Delicious  ! I refill twice 😂  no joke xD )  , for dessert,  non- sweeten whipped cream fruit cake 🎂 has won my ♥ heart! Love it!  =p

And Asam Pedas ( eye catching fresh fish served on the spot ) ,  not too spicy,  goes well with rice .  :) 

I love meat and kampung kuzi with briyani rice  too =)
