Now allow me to show you  a Sneak Peak of  Ramadan Buffet 2019@ Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel..=D

Be spoilt for choice this holy month of Ramadan , Mai Makan-Makan buffet spread which will be RUN  from  08 MAY 19-  03 JUNE 19 ~!

For Mai Makan-Makan buffet, customer can expected the chef creation Malaysian kampung dishes such as Bubur Lambok, Nasi Briyani Arab, Ayam Golek, Rendang daging, gulai kampung, udang goreng rempah, soto ayam, mee rebus , sup ekor etc.

Director of food & beverage Chef Mohamad Mahady said: one must not miss the succulent lamb quzi, a popular house speciality that goes well with its gravy ~!

                                    If you are fans of japanese cuisine , good news ~    Sushi, salmon and tuna  is available too .

Dessert -Bubur Kacang Hijau Durian is my favorite too,  Hard to resist the TASTY durian dessert XD  💖

               Another Must- try food   , is  located at Outdoor Section-Tepanyaki  , after i chosen the vegetable,meat  , the staff  on the spot cook for me , alll of us is amazed , the food is extremely delicious  !   Fried durian also is my top favourite . ( i will said - "sedap giler " ,  if speak in bahasa melayu  hahaha )

Besides, wide selection of food , fresh seafood , nyonya dishes , specific dessert.  One thing leaving me deep impression is the hospitality.   I recalled that day  , during i having  food tasting session , i  would love to drink the refreshing earl grey tea, instead of the sweet teh tarik type or soft drink served for buffet media preview . The male staff is listened to my request , even earl grey is not fix in the buffet menu, but he try his best to get me one and served me well . Really appreciated   =D
