Recently, I received the media review invitation  of  hotel stay and Ramadan buffer dinner  from Berjaya Waterfront Hotel Johor Bahru =D

Today i would love to show you the picture i taken there =D

Berjaya Waterfront Hotel Johor Bahru  is located at Stulang Laut, JOHOR BAHRU .
Beside the Zon, Duty free shopping mall.  And Only few min.walking distance  to The Zon ferry terminal ( JB- BATAM) .

This was my first time check in Berjaya Waterfront Hotel Johor Bahru , really looking forward to it~! =D

                   The Deluxe  room 's  design is simple and elegance . I love their bed  , very comfortable . 它的床和椅子都超舒服的 感受到酒店相当重视这些家私的品质。虽然酒店已经开业好几年了，但是天花板的油漆仍然簇新，我和朋友推测也许有经过翻新。

                 It sounds good , all the thing is here.  The room slipper is available ( upon request .)

I still remember last year Ramadan buffet -how delicious the food was.  Bloggers friends  ariq rakoli carinn and i  did enjoyed it. .😀

WARISAN TRADISI ASIA RAMADAN BUFFET 2019 @ AMARI HOTEL JOHOR BAHRU

Recently , I visited Amari Hotel Johor Bahru for Media Preview of  Ramadan buffet 2019  =)

      AMARI HOTEL JB  will included the whole series of durian dessert in the ramadan buffet 2019 menu ~! This is such a good news for durian lover =p

The launch of the Warisan Tradisi Asia Buffet was held at Amaya Food Gallery in conjunction with the coming fasting month. The launch started with the stirring of the Rendang Rusa Gulai Kawah by Area General Manager, Dean Rossilli followed by a traditional welcome Malay dance by the Flock Team from Angry Birds Activity Park.=)

About 350 guests from the corporate and government sectors including VIP’s attended the launch. This is the second year that the hotel has successfully launched the Warisan Tradisi Asia Buffet.

                                   

This fasting month, Amari Johor Bahru will presented to you : Warisan Tradisi Asia Buffet  from 8 May to 4 June 2019,  which consist of over 100 mouthwatering dishes from Malay, Chinese, Indian, Thai to western favourites and specialties. 

The culinary team, led by Cluster Executive Chef, Andy Oh has come up with a unique concept of a bustling local street scene with live cooking stations for Muslims and Non-Muslims to enjoy.

Break your fast with delicious dates and a variety of juices and beverages such as Nescafe Tarik, Sirap Bandung, Air Tebu, Sirap Selasih, Soya Bean, Kurma Juice and Teh Tarik to ease your thirst.

Vibrant live cooking stations offering :  Kambing Golek, Roti Canai, Murtabak, Tom Yam Seafood, Soup Berempah and Penang Laksa.

While  Kawah Station serving Rendang Kawah Rusa, Nasi Impit,

 Sayur Lodeh, Serunding Ayam, Serunding Daging and Serunding Kelapa.

Mouthwatering dishes you can't  resisted on buffet such as  :  Roasted Marinated Whole Chicken with Roasted Vegetables, Thai Fish Cake, Tom Yam Pizza, Rendang Pizza, Thai Red Curry Chicken, Fried Squids with Garlic and Pepper, Stir-fried Shrimps with Young Coconut, Stir-fried Minced Beef with Garlic and Hot Basil, Bubur Lambuk, Ayam Masak Merah, Lamb Curry, Udang Goreng Kunyit, Ikan Bakar, Assorted Satay, Dim Sum, Fried Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Kung Pao Chicken, Wok-fried Mixed Vegetables, Fried Rice, Tandoori Chicken with Naan Bread, Lentil Curry, Briyani Rice and Roasted Marinated Spice Whole Lamb.

One of my top favourite - kambing golek , it goes well with the rice.

Juicy Chicken Meat, New Zealand Beef Tenderloin, Sausages and Calamari are at the Grilled section.

            

There are lots of fritters from Banana, Roselle to Prawn Fritters.

Desserts are to die for. If you are durian lover ,  enjoy your durian feast at Amari  hotel JB =) , They served Durian Tempura, Durian Cheese Cake, Durian Crepes, Durian Sticky Rice, Durian Pudding, Durian Dodol, Durian Ice Shave and Durian Porridge !

       Among of them, durian porridge is my top favourite, average sweet and tasty. =D

There is also assorted Ice-cream, Kurma, Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Ice Kacang, Assorted Malay Kuih, French Pastries, Jelly, Puddings, a variety of Cookies, Sago Gula Melaka, Fruits, traditional Malay Biscuits, Bread & Butter Pudding and Pulut Panggang.

Besides ramadan buffet , there will be a rattan weaving demonstration and a display of handicrafts for sale by the physically challenged staff from JARO (Johor Area Rehabilitation Organisation)  from 6.00pm to 9.00pm from Fridays to Sundays. ( during fasting month )

The Warisan Tradisi Asia Buffet is from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at the Amaya Food Gallery at RM129 nett. 50% off for children aged 6 to 12 years old and senior citizens aged 60 and above.

Purchase 5 adult vouchers and get 1 voucher for free (not applicable for early bird offer).

The Early Bird Offer before 7 May 2019  with full payment is RM103.20 nett per person and RM51.60 nett for children from 6 to 12 years old and senior citizens aged 60 and above.

Children below 6 years old eat for free during the fasting month.

Be entertained daily by a local Ghazal performance while you indulge in the buffet.

The Hari Raya Aidilfitri Buffet Dinner on 5 & 6 June from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at Amaya Food Gallery is priced at RM98 nett per person and 50% off for children from 6-12 years old and senior citizens aged 50% and above.
