Hi all~

Have you noticed Trove Hotel  in the jb town area ?  This is a New hotel  ,  and I  am honored to be invited  for  their Oct  Hi-Tea  media preview invitation ~! =D

Such  a lovely and fancy hi tea set , i believe majority of the gals can't resist it  XD

                                   the light on the top is so beautiful , i can't stop looking at them ~ ^^

                              luxury and elegance .That's the words pop up on my mind when i entered the lobby .

                     Our destination is located at Level 8 LADA & CLOVE

                    I love the environment , cozy ,clean  and nice ambience ~! =D

Currently , their hi-tea buffet only available on Saturday , and Every month got different theme ~

 Let's start explore this wonderful H- tea journey ~! 

       

The man behind the Halba buffet Hi-Tea is Trove hotel's  Executive Sous Chef , Fadzren Oyob ~

For just RM68 , the diners can get to enjoy the very best of local favourites .( included Hi-tea, Canapes and Maincourse ~! ) from 12-4pm  "Eat til we full " xD 

At the sweet sensation corner, indulge in variety desserts eg. chocolates tartlets , mini pavlova, signature tiramisu, cheese cake, brownies , vanilla mousse , cream puff, cream caramel, sago gula Melaka,puddings and jellies  etc. 

                     Chocolate  mousse (in cup ) is one of my favourite , yummy ! :D 

                       Sago dessert is refreshing and sweet , i love it :)

                      Handmade Cookies ,  included peanut butter flavour . 

                                              Fresh fruit corner 

Nutrious and healthy sandwiches and canapes  such as  Open Face Tuna Mousse, Cheese  Canapes, Banana Gipel, Chicken Tofu Sandwich, Signature Club Decker , Trove Smokey Chicken , Egg Sandwich and Beef Sandwich are also available at the Dagwood Sandwich Corner.

Rojak Section included fish cake, fish ball,crab stick, sambal sotong, fried tempeh, fried tofu ,green chilis etc .


Variety Choice with  wide array of dishes prepared with only freshest ingredients. Start off  with the famous Fish Head Curry with Okra and try out the Ox Tail Rendang . Then, take your pick at the Johor Laksa, Nasi Lemak Pak Malim, and Murtabak Cheese ~

        (  Highly recommeded ! ) Must try this Nasi Lemak Pak Malim  =D . 

Expand your culinary adventure at Lada & Clove , Savoury dishes such as Halba Chicken skewers with Percik sauce , yummy Mutton Soup, Fried Noodles with Dried Shrimps

                        i love the fried chicken , very  tender  ~~

                         Oct Special drink - Passion Fruit Rose Fizz 

Passion fruit rose fizz - 

Combination of monin passion fruit,  rose syrup,  sprite &  chilled tea. 

                       After having so many food, I ordered Supreme Earl grey tea . It helps digest xD . the taste is good, very refreshing , I love it :) 

Thanks for the Hi tea media invite, we enjoyed the hi-tea session ~~ definitely will recommend to friends and  revisit for Hi tea again ~~ :D
